This website, peponubi.com, is the official home of the Pepo & Nubi animated series and is operated by Cichero Studios ("we", "us"). We keep things simple. We collect as little as possible, we never sell personal information, and this page explains everything in plain words. If you have any question, write to us at hello@peponubi.com.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through the two forms on this site:

• The Pepo & Nubi Club form asks for your name and email address.
• The plush waitlist form asks for your name and email address.

Form submissions are received and stored through Netlify, the platform that hosts this website. You can read Netlify's own privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.

How we use it

We use your email to send you the updates you asked for, meaning news about episodes, Club content and plush availability. Nothing else. We never sell, rent or trade your information, and every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Children's privacy

Pepo & Nubi is a series for young children, but this website and its forms are meant for parents, guardians and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our forms ask for the grown-up's details, not the child's. This is in line with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws elsewhere.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, email us at hello@peponubi.com and we will delete it right away.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics. That is why you don't see a cookie banner here. There is nothing to consent to.

To display the site we load fonts from Google Fonts and an animation library from the Cloudflare cdnjs content delivery network. Like any web request, those services technically receive your IP address when your browser downloads the files. The episode videos are hosted by us and involve no third party.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, and you can ask us to delete your information entirely by writing to hello@peponubi.com. We will act on deletion requests within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR; we honor reasonable requests from everyone regardless of location.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will also be announced to Club members by email.
